Timesheets from voice notes
People fill in timesheets on Friday from memory, so the job cost numbers are not correct.
Steps

Simple way: at the end of each day, each person sends a 20-second voice note with job names and hours.

Once a day, turn the notes into a table:

Paste it into the timesheet sheet. Ask the person to fix any CHECK lines.
